online now, managing discord.gg/joeybadass
i build fan communities
that outlast the
release cycle.
i'm hails, i'm 21, and i've been running discord servers since 2018. these days that means artist communities. right now i manage the official server for joey bada$$. i handle the structure, the staff, and the day to day, so talking to your fans stays the easy part.

discord isn't a chat app. it's where people who found you separately become people who know each other. used properly, that is growth.
everyone is here for the same reason
a server starts with something no feed can give you. every person in the room already shares an interest, and that interest is you. it's why these communities bond so fast, and why they hold when nothing is being promoted.
you don't have to live there
the fear is that a server is one more thing to feed. it isn't. i plan the moments worth showing up for, hand you the few only you can do, and coordinate the staff to keep the room warm in between. five minutes from you lands harder than a week of anyone else posting.
it compounds
a listener who made friends in your server doesn't leave when the release cycle ends, and they bring someone with them next time. that's the difference between a community and an audience, and it's the part that actually grows you.

what i've run
-
lovehails · est. 2018 1k+

-
lovehails · est. 2018 6+ yrs
large youtube creators
hired to run communities for big channels over the past six plus years. mod teams, structure, and a chat that stays readable on the days everyone shows up at once.

day to day
what i handle
-
interaction that feels easy
i bring the ideas and set up the moments, so showing up for your community is a small thing you enjoy instead of another obligation on the calendar.
-
staff who stay in sync
i hire, train, and coordinate the whole mod team so the tone holds in every channel at every hour, and that connection to your fans never drops.
-
structure that holds on release day
channels, roles, permissions, and bots arranged so a drop, a listening party, or a surprise announcement lands cleanly instead of flooding the server.
-
moderation that protects your name
leaks, raids, and drama caught quietly and early, before any of it reaches your audience. i also run a custom bot and stay in close contact with its owner, so if something new comes up it gets handled fast.
